I never leave reviews to anywhere I go, but my experience here was so fire I had to make an account. Hinode in Nixa is hands down the best hibachi experience I’ve had in a long time! The atmosphere was great, but what really made the night unforgettable was our incredible chef. I wish I could remember his name, but he had long hair, a ton of tattoos, and some of the best skills I’ve ever seen. Not only did he cook everything to absolute perfection—the steak was seared beautifully, the shrimp were juicy, and the fried rice was packed with flavor—but he also put on an insane show. The highlight? He lit his own hand on fire while making the Onion Volcano! It was wild. Our waiter was also fantastic—a tall guy with curly hair who made sure our drinks were always full and our orders were perfect. He had a great personality, was super friendly, and kept up with everything. Service like that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a hibachi spot that delivers on both food and entertainment, Hinode is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

I know they is a great Japanese steakhouse that offers a fun food experience at a fairly affordable price. Both their hibachi and sushi were great stuff for friendly. The place was clean. Overall was a great experience. Would recommend it to anyone.

I went to get Hibachi with my family. It was really good per usual and our waitress Hadlee made sure our drinks were full and made me a Tito’s soda!!!! Our other waitress was a super sweet girl with black curly hair and glasses. She was awesome also. Our cook was Marga I think and he was super cool and made great food. He was super sweet and awesome. Simultaneously, they all need raises cuz like yeah. Anyways guys your food is so good so don’t go bald

This was our first visit to Hinode and we had an amazing time. We were celebrating a birthday and one of our guests had special dietary needs. The staff accommodated us without hesitation and our hibachi chef, Louis was both, entertaining and an excellent cook. Thanks, Hinode, for helping us make great memories!

Always solid food, usually great service as well. Best sushi and sauces, period! The Nixa location always seems to get you seated a little quicker.

Great food as always! We got a picture with the dragon as well, which is an extra 6 for the dragon but if you want a slice of cheesecake with the dragon it's 11. Great sushi as well, everything came out fast.
